My friends, who are writing their blogs made me motivated to do something with my own. I love my friends! =)
Since this week I started physical work as MC VP LCD and left Kyiv for LC visits. Leaving MC flat on Sunday I was thinking, that my trip will be full of work and work, but then I realize, that It was mistaken opinion. =)
On Monday, 15th August I arrived to Bardyansk. This city met me with bright sun and very positive, full of energy and ready for work LCP. And all 2 days was full of the same emotions as the first 2 hours.
If to be honest, I didn't have clear expectations, but I can confidently say, that they were overachieved.
Participation in LCM, sharing my 30 conferences experience and looking for shining eyes of members made me feeling proud of each single day I spent on AIESEC conference: New Horizons in 2008 and 2009, TtT, ATEMKO, Gulf Conference, Tahkek AL Wahida in Oman and many others.
Work with EB who were present physically and on-line (respect your responsibility so much, Yarik!), delivering of the same sessions 2 times, making everybody sure that they know the level of their impact and "How to manage their boss", I was feeling myself as a part of a big and friendly family of LC Berdyansk and at the same time among professional team, which is ready for growth and oriented to results.
Being tired and almost not able to talk after all day with EB, I put all my energy together and started last session of my visit - session for OCPs. And aging my expectations were overachieved! I was excited and happy to share all my knowledge and experience with this people. Guys, you are great and I wish you unforgettable leadership XP ahead!
Small city with great people, big ambitions and potential! Enjoyed my 2 days in Berdyansk and want to say thanks for all people, who made them such unforgettable!
